You can track your Internet Account Usage through your online portal on the TELUS.com website. The following instructions show you how to do that:
1) Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount
2) Log in with your Username/Email and password.
3) Towards the bottom of the page, you will see the heading " Products & services".
Beside the section "TELUS High Speed", click on the "View details / modify" link.
4) Click on the link that says "View usage" towards the top right hand side of the page.
5) You can view your usage for previous billing periods as well by clicking on the drop down selector towards the top of the page that says "Billing period". Once you select the billing period, click on the green "GO" button.
6) To view daily details for that billing period, click on the "Show detailed usage" link.
This should show you what your monthly bandwidth usage was for that billing cycle.
