Verify/Change Your e.Bill Email Address

You can verify and (if necessary) change the e-mail address that your monthly e.Bill notifications are sent to by logging into your online portal account. To do that, please do the following:

1)  Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount

2)  Log in with your Username/Email and password.

3)  Once logged into your account, click on the numbers in purple that appear under "Account #"

4)  You will be brought to a "Billing Options" screen. Under the "Account details" section and beside the "Billing method" line, it should say e.Bill and then have your e-mail address.

5)  If your e-mail address is not accurate, click on the purple "Update" link beside it.

If you make any changes to your email address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you respond to that e-mail to confirm your e-mail address, otherwise, your monthly e.Bill notification will continue to be sent to your old e-mail address.  Once you verify your e-mail address, your monthly e.Bill notifications will be sent to the new e-mail address that you specified.
