To view details on your e.Bill (including any Long Distance and bundle package pricing), you can log into your e.Bill on the TELUS.com website by following these instructions:
1) Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount
2) Log in with your Username/Email and password.
3) Under the "Billing" section, click on the number (link) under "Account #".
4) Now click on the "View e.Bill" link under the "Summary" section on that page.
5) Now click on the "Download/Print" link towards the top right hand side of the screen.
6) In the drop-down menu, select the billing period that you'd like to view and then click on the "Open PDF" link.
This should open a .PDF file on your computer that will display detailed usage (including long distance charges) on your phone bill. The document that you will see will be the same document that you would see in the paper version of your bill. You can print this off if you like.
