How To Change Your TELUS Account ID/PIN

If you are currently able to access your TELUS.com account online, you will be able to change your 4 digit TELUS Account ID/PIN. To do that, please do the following:


1)  Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount

2)  Log in with your Username/Email and password.

3)  Under the "Billing" section, click on the number (link) under "Account #".

4)  On this page, you will see "Account details". Look for "Account ID/PIN" and beside it, click on the "Change" link.

5)  Enter whatever 4 digit you would like.

6)  Once you are finished, click on the green "Save" button.


From that point forward, your TELUS Account ID/PIN will be whatever you just selected.
