How To Change Your Bill Mailing Address

You can change your billing address (where your bills are sent to) by logging into your phone or internet account on the TELUS.com website. To do that, please do the following:

1)  Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount

2)  Log in with your Username/Email and password.

3)  Under the "Billing" section, click on the number (link) under "Account #".

4)  On this page, you will see "Account details". Look for the "Billing address", click on the "Update" link.

5)  Enter whatever address that you'd like your bills to be sent to.

6)  Once you are finished, click on the green "Update" button.


Changing the billing address can take up to 3 days to process in the system. But from that point forward, any new bills will be sent to that new address that you specified.
