You can report a payment to your TELUS bill online when you log into your account. Doing this would let our billing and accounts department know that you have made the appropriate billing arrangement - to avoid any possible disconnection. To report a payment to your account, please do the following:
1) Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount
2) Log in with your Username/Email and password.
3) Under the "Billing" section, click on the number (link) under "Account #".
4) Under the "Summary" section, click on the "Report a payment" link.
5) Fill out the appropriate information and then hit the green "Save" button.
