You can log into your account to make a one time payment with your on the TELUS.com website. At this time, you can only pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. To make a 1 time payment online, please do the following:
1) Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount
2) Log in with your Username/Email and password.
3) Under the "Billing" section, click on the number (link) under "Account #".
4) Under the "Summary" section, click on the "Make a payment" link.
5) Fill out the appropriate forms to complete your online transaction.
Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for the transaction to be complete. With TELUS Pre-Authorized Payment Plan, You can pay your phone bill automatically each month with a direct transfer from your bank account or a direct charge to your credit card.
