You have the option to change your TELUS e.Bill preferences online by logging into your account . Here are the instructions to do that:
1) Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount
2) Log in with your Username/Email and password.
3) Under the "Billing" section, click on the number (link) under "Account #".
4) Where it says "Billing method", you can click on the corresponding option to either "Switch to e.Bill" or "Switch to Paper".
5) If you turn your e.Bill on, you will get a confirmation e-mail sent to your email address.
You have to Make sure that you click on the link provided within that confirmation e-mail to activate your monthly e.Bill method. If you do not click on that link to confirm it, you will not be subscribed to e.Bill.
TELUS e.Bill allows you to view and pay your bill online. Instead of a paper bill, you'll receive a monthly notification via e-mail that your bill is ready for viewing.
